Esurio is intermittent fasting stripped to the essential: tap to start, tap to end, and watch one live number climb toward your target. No streaks, no shame, no clutter.
Store links activate at launch.
Everything you need to fast. Nothing you don't.
Eating? Tap Start fast. Fasting? Tap End fast. That's the entire interaction — a single primary action that always reflects exactly where you are.
Your elapsed fast ticks up second by second, always computed from the moment you started — so it's right whether you check after a minute or a full night's sleep.
Pick 16, 18, 20, 24 hours or a custom window. The dayband fills toward it — but the target never gates you. Stop a fast whenever you like, no penalty.
Completed fasts land in a clean history with start, end and duration. The ones that hit your target glow green, so progress is something you see, not something you're nagged about.

Esurio ("the app", "we", "us") is built around a simple principle: your fasts are yours. This policy explains what the app stores, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Esurio stores the fasts you choose to record, each consisting of a start time, an end time, and your chosen target duration. These entries are saved only on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data from other apps. The app also sends anonymous usage statistics, which never include your fast records — see section 3.
Your fast times are used solely to display your elapsed fast, your progress toward your target, and your history within the app. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Esurio sends anonymous usage statistics to PostHog, an analytics service, so we can tell whether the app is being used and which parts of it are worth improving. This data is stored on PostHog's servers in the European Union.
What is sent: app opens, which screen you are viewing, and the shape of your fasting activity — a target duration, an elapsed time rounded to the nearest six minutes, and whether a target was met. What is never sent: the times your fasts started or ended, your history, your name, your email, or anything else that identifies you. There is no session or screen recording, and no advertising or tracking SDK of any kind. Your fast records themselves never leave your device.
The statistics are tied to a random identifier generated when you install the app. It is not linked to you, and we never combine it with data from anywhere else. You can turn all of this off at any time under Settings → Privacy → Anonymous usage stats; nothing is sent while it is off. If you installed Esurio before this policy was updated, usage statistics start switched off for you, and stay off until you choose otherwise.
We have nothing to sell or share with advertisers or data brokers, and we never will.
Esurio Pro is an optional paid upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see or receive your card details, and no payment information passes through the app.
To know whether your purchase is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives the App Store’s record of the purchase, the product bought, and a random subscriber identifier generated when you install the app. That identifier is not linked to you, and is not the same identifier used for the usage statistics in section 3.
What is never sent as part of a purchase: your name, your email, your payment details, and — as everywhere else in this policy — your fast records. Buying Pro does not change what leaves your device about your fasting.
Restoring purchases asks the App Store what this Apple ID already owns. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled by Apple, not by us — you can reach them from Settings on your device, or from the manage-subscription link in Esurio’s own Settings.
Esurio is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition.
Your fast records live on your device and nowhere else, so they are yours to see in the app at any time, and deleting the app erases them permanently — we hold no copy and cannot recover them. For the anonymous usage statistics described in section 3, you can stop collection at any time from Settings, and you may ask us to delete what has already been gathered by emailing the address below. If you have questions about your rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations, contact us using the same address.
For purchase records, the App Store is the system of record and Apple’s own privacy policy applies. You may ask us to delete the RevenueCat subscriber record associated with your install by emailing the address below; deleting it does not cancel a subscription, which is done through Apple.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "Last updated" date.
